J-Obsession 2014 hits town this March!!!

Cosplay lovers and J-Rock fans, get ready for loads of fun and lots of headbanging as J-Obsession 2014 hits town once again!

Presented by The Cathay and the projectbreakOut! Crew, J-Obsession 2014 in its fifth year running, promises a weekend of fun and entertainment, right in the heart of Singapore.

Besides the annual cosplay competition that comes with attractive prizes, J-Obsession 2014 will be inviting an overseas guest for the first time, featuring Japanese cosplayer, Naoya Kirihara from the performance group, VENaS.S (Venus Sisters).

Young and talented, Kirihara had appeared and performed in a number of events overseas such as taking on the role of Ayato Sakamaki in the performance for "DIABOLIK LOVERS" at the Animate Girls' Festival in 2012 and more recently as Shinji Ikari in the performance for "EVANGELION" at the TOKYO GAMESHOW in 2013. In addition, for all of you who are familiar with Japanese Karaoke, she is the official cosplayer for the DAM system.

Taking place at The Cathay between 28th March to 30th March 2014, one can expect a colourful and exciting array of activities that include a cosplay competition, Japanese music performances by local bands and tonnes of photography.
