If you're a fan of the indie J-Music scene, then Singapore Street Festival's D'J Party 2012 was YOUR party last week! We at anibee definitely are too, and we're there to check out the scene at VivoCity!

The warm weather wasn't enough to deter the determination of the audience in attendance, and neither was it enough to drain the consistently high-energy level of the performers that day! Whether they were singing along, jumping along, or even bopping their heads, nothing stopped the party-goers from having a good time.

The bevy of solo, duet, as well as band performers all performed a cool mixture of music from all genres, including J-Rock, Fusion-Jazz/R&B, and of course - Ani-songs!

After a solid several hour bonanza of audio delights, the main event was upon us; the hot new indie Visual Kei band from Shibuya - sForzato! Practically exploding with energy the moment they stepped on stage, sForzato, led by Singaporean-born Cedo, played to the already excitement-high crowd with their excellent showmanship, slick coordination, and impressive track repertoire - even coming back for an encore!

At the end of the day, we were completely worn out, but extremely satisfied at the fun we had. Our hats off to the D'J Party crew - we'll be back next year!

Stay tuned for our exclusive interview with sForzato leader, Cedo!
